In addition to the regular room booking fee, a cleaning fee and security deposit are required to secure the space for your event. The deposit is equal to 20% of the estimated total or a full room booking fee, whichever is greater. All deposits will be returned if notification of cancellation is made thirty days prior to the event date. In the case of alcoholic beverages, a Special Occasion Permit must be obtained and alcohol will only be served by the Owl staff.

With the exception of academic classes and athletic events, private event and conference space is only available to groups legally connected with Salve Regina, groups that can demonstrate an affiliation or relationship with a Salve Regina office or department, and nonprofit organizations.
